Pane tostato con UOVA, peanut butter e asparagiin italiano

Another one of my Super Easy recipes, in this particular case …with a great load of energy, perfect for breakfast or as a after-workout meal!

Toasted artisan bread with fried eggs, peanut butter, ham and asparagus.

What & How to:

Toast a COUPLE OF ARTISAN BREAD SLICES, spread a couple od teaspoons of PEANUT BUTTER, add 4 slices of ham and 2 fried EGGS. In the meantime cook 4 ASPARAGUS in a oiled pan.  Add them on top of the fried eggs.

Add salt & pepper.
