I must admit it, I know I should not be calling this a “recipe”, it is just a very quick and easy way to create a tasty snack 🙂 Perfect to share with your friends on a summer dinner or even as an appetizer! Alternative way to have Ravioli !

INGREDIENTS
- A pack of fresh ravioli
- 150g of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper
- A pack of “dipping sauce”, Mexican sauce for Nachos.
METHOD
- Take the ravioli and dip them first into the beaten egg and then roll them into the breadcrumbs (add salt and pepper to the breadcrumbles)
- Now fry them in a hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- Lay them on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
Serve with Mexican sauce!
NB: I recommend using fresh pasta ravioli, the “dried” ones will not be very good as tend to remain dry even after having been fryed.
Great snack for aperitifs: D
