I believe that this cake could easily end up in a“super easy recipe” section. It is so-ooo delicious and so easy to make, and it does not take too much time either.
I love this for breakfast dipped into a hot cappuccino, or you can get a slice and spread more Nutella on it. It’s up to you, I’m just going to give you the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
for a 20cm tin
- 60g of butter
50g of smooth peanut butter - 5 tbs of chocolate chunks
150g of sugar
2 eggs
125g of flour - 1 ts of baking powder
100ml milk - Nutella for coating
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven at 180°.
- Line the tin with parchment paper
- By using an electric mixer, cream the sugar, peanut butter, eggs and butter together.
- Add the milk and mix for 1 extra minute.
- Add the flour and the baking powder.
- Add the chocolate chunks and mix slowly for less than a minute.
- Pour the mixture into the tin.
- Bake for 25-35 minute. Check after 25 minutes.
When it is cold, coat it with a generous amount of Nutella!
